This text follows the premise that the central theme of history is to build the kingdom of God, and that all of history is God's. It begins with the creation story and the Fall of Adam. It then uses the Bible as the foundation for how mankind and nations spread throughout the world. Finally it looks at His church and how it developed, the Reformation, and the founding and growth of the United States.
